Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us; your satisfaction is important.  All orders for ClipDifferent have a 3 month return satisfaction guarantee. To return, please initiate an authorization by sending an email to with your order number and reason for the return. 

We will authorize your return and send you a shipping label to mail back to us. Once we receive your return, you will get a full refund on your device less shipping costs back on the method of payment you ordered. Refunds can take anywhere from 24 hours to 5 days.

International Return Policy

International orders will receive a refund for the device only. Any customs fees charged by international countries and shipping charges are not refundable. Please inquire about your country’s international return policy and custom charges.

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within one business day of receipt and estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

We will work hard to avoid your order getting held up in transit but we cannot guarantee you won’t experience delays, or be charged other fees. We will do what we can to make your experience seamless and we will operate with honesty, transparency and will assist you with any mishaps. We cannot take responsibility for issues caused by customs or shipping services.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

ClipDifferent will not be held responsible if the wrong shipping address is entered and we cannot recover the package.
